Constructions: Tips and Tricks

Use Industry Model Options to remove the temporary construction feature classes from the database. Use Orthagonal Calculation to measure distances.

To remove temporary construction feature classes

1. Click Industry ModelIndustry Model Options.
2. Select COGO.

While you are running the construction functions, you can acquire distances and projections.

To measure a distance

1. Start Orthogonal Calculation.
2. Use for the Constructed Point to measure the ordinate and abscissa of a point.
3. Use the P1 to measure the projection of a point on the base line.
