To Get Started With Design Feed

How to create your first design feed posts.

The first time you see the Design Feed palette, it can present a message about the state of your session or drawing. Here are several messages that you might see and the actions that you should take in response.

Sign in to Your Autodesk Account

1. At the Command prompt, enter DESIGNFEEDOPEN.
2. Within the message area of the Design Feed palette, click the link to open the Autodesk Sign In page.
3. Enter your Autodesk ID and password to sign in to Autodesk A360.

Save Your Drawing on Autodesk A360

1. Click Application menu Save AsDrawing to the Cloud.
2. If necessary, sign in to your Autodesk account with your Autodesk ID name and password.
3. In the Save Drawing As dialog box, enter the drawing file name and click Save.

Create a Design Feed Post

1. At the Command prompt, enter DESIGNFEEDOPEN.
2. Click within the text area where it displays "Create a new post" and enter your message.
3. Click one or more of the options displayed below the text area:
   • Click an option to associate your post with a rectangular area or a location within the drawing
   • Tag the people with whom you want to share your post. You can also add people to become connections
   • Specify an image that you want to include with your post.
4. Click Post.
