To Add Leaders or Leader Segments (AutoCAD Mechanical)

1. In the drawing area, double-click the symbol to edit.
2. Select the Leader and Text tab.
3. Click Add.
4. Select an object in the drawing to attach the new leader, or select the first point.
   • the first point of the original leader to add the leader segments to or
   • a point of the original leader to add a new leader branch
5. Click OK.

Tip:

• To add a new leader node select only one point at the original leader.
• Use the grip points to move the leader nodes.
