To Remove Geometry From a Component View (AutoCAD Mechanical)
Right-click the component view in the browser and select Edit Objects.
At the Command prompt, enter
R
.
In model space, select the objects you want to remove from the component view.
Tip:
To select an elemental geometry, continue clicking the object until you see the name of the geometry in the tooltip window and then press Enter.
To select a folder, continue clicking an object that belongs to the folder, until you see the folder name in the tooltip window and then press Enter.
Press Enter to confirm the selected objects and quit.
