Set Analysis Parameters

In this task, you set up and run a packing analysis.

1. Click (Home tab > Molding Process Setup panel > Analysis Wizard).

2. Uncheck Fill as the analysis sequence.

3. Check Fill+Pack as the analysis sequence, then click Next.

   

4. Confirm the material is Styron EUR, Magnum 3416 SC, then click Next.

5. Set the fill time to 3.5 seconds, then click Next.

   

6. Select theAdvanced tab and review the Packing profile and ensure Automatic cooling time is selected .

   

7. Click Analyze

   The analysis takes several minutes to run.
