To Scale a Part

Increase or decrease the size of a part proportionally along the cardinal axes

Note: This repair action is only available for creating repair scripts. Use the regular scaling outside the support module if you do not want or need to scale through a script action.

1. If not already opened, click Prepare > Repair Part to enter the repair module.
2. In the context area, switch to the Repair Scripts tab.
3. Click New Script.
4. Enter a name for the script and click OK.
5. In the context area, choose the Scale action from the drop-down menu.
6. Specify a value for the Factor which controls how the part is scaled. Values larger than 1 increase the size of the part. Values less than 1 reduce the size of the part.
7. Select the Scale action.
8. Click Execute to run the repair action.
