Use queries to define which files you want the Job Server Monitor to affect.
Navigate to the Queries List
- In the bottom left of the Navigation panel, click
Monitor.
- In the Navigation panel, under the Vault database, click
Queries.
Create a Query
- With the list of queries displayed, go to the Job Server Monitor
Start tab.
- In the Query group of the ribbon, click
Add.
The Edit Query dialog box opens.
- Enter a name and description for the query.
- In the
Search For Files tab, enter the files and file path you want the query to affect.
- Specify a lifecycle state; for example, you can apply the query only to released files.
- Enter a repetition cycle; for example, every 2 days, or every 1 week.
- In the Create Output File tab, specify attachment preferences.
Edit or Delete a Query
- Select a query from the list.
- In the Job Server Monitor, click the
Start tab.
- In the Query group of the ribbon, click
Edit or
Delete.
Run All Queries
- In the Job Server Monitor, click the
Start tab.
- In the Query group of the ribbon, click
Query Now.
