Both of these processes are controlled with corresponding "job handlers" that you can enable or disable. You can also add other custom handlers, such as PDF creators, to do other tasks.
The Job Server Monitor is installed with the Vault add-in for Pro/ENGINEER. To start it, click the Job Server Monitor shortcut on the desktop.
