Flame Family 2019.2.3 Update Release Notes

Welcome to the 2019.2.3 Update release of the following Flame Family products (December 10, 2019):

Important: The 2019.2.3 is an important minor update released to fix defects reported by customers through Autodesk support channels. Amongst them, a specific file archiving issue—introduced in the 2019.2 update—has been resolved. As a result, we strongly encourage the upgrade to version 2019.2.3 as soon as possible.

Also, we recommend recreating all archives previously generated with versions 2019.2, 2019.2.1, and 2019.2.2 with version 2019.2.3 to minimize the risk of archiving issues, when projects still exist on the workstations.

Please note 2018.3, 2019.1, and 2020.2 are not affected by this issue.

For further details, please consult our support team.

The fixed bugs are listed here.
