Pump Curve profile |
Pump curve profiles of force (head) vs flow are provided by the manufacturer, for a given fluid, often water. To convert this to pressure for your fluid, you need to know the specific density of your fluid, apply the equation, and convert to MPa: [Head (ft) / 2.31] x sp.gr = pressure (PSI) If you don't have pump curve data, a default pump curve is provided and selected by default, but your simulation your results are more accurate if you use your own pump performance data. |
Import Profile |
To help speed up data entry and minimize errors that might occur during manual data entry, import tabulated data from *.csv files. |
