After you have evaluated the mesh using visual inspection, mesh statistics, and mesh diagnostics, edit the mesh to fix small problems. If the problems are in critical areas of the model, remesh the model with better parameters, so you have a clean model before you run an analysis.

To fix mesh problems, use the Mesh Repair Wizard, which runs a series of diagnostics on your model, then tries to fix problems automatically. Fix remaining problems manually with the mesh edit tools.
Midplane and
Dual Domain models
For midplane and dual domain models, use the mesh edit tools to fix, manually, problems you have identified from the mesh statistics report. Manual fixes provide more robust results than the Mesh Repair Wizard.
