Stitch Free Edges tool dialog

Ensure that the nodes in the part are visible and selectable by activating the required layers in the Layers pane.

To access this panel, click (Mesh tab > Mesh Edit panel > Stitch Free Edges).

Dialog element	Explanation
Select	Select the nodes belonging to the free edges that you want to stitch together.
Stitch Tolerance	Nodes that are closer than the specified tolerance are merged. Default The default tolerance is 0.1mm Specify If you change the default, the recommended tolerance is 0.01*Global Edge Length. Nodes closer than this value are stitched together.
Create as	This section is disabled for this dialog.
Filter	Use the filter to select a particular model or mesh entity. When you use a filter, the pointer snaps to the specified entity.
