To access this dialog, once your 3D model is meshed click
() and then click
Settings.
| Dialog element | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Minimum number of required layers | Enter the criterion for refinement diagnostic. The default value is 6. |
| Maximum allowed edge length ratio (internal/surface) | Enter the criterion for long edges diagnostic. The default value is 3. |
| Maximum allowed volume ratio to average volume | Enter the criterion for large volume diagnostic. The default value is 20. |
| Search for tetras with aspect ratio higher than | Enter the criterion for aspect ratio diagnostic. The default value is 100. |
| Search for flat tetras with interfacial angle larger than (degrees) | Enter the criterion for large angle diagnostic. The default value is 178. |
| Restrict to visible entities | Forces the Mesh Repair Wizard to ignore elements that are on hidden layers. |
| Save Current Values | Use the values defined as your default settings. These values only last for the current session. Other studies can load and use the saved values. |
| Load Saved Values | Repopulate the target values with values saved earlier in the session. |
