Settings menu reference

Options in the Settings menu explained

This page lists and explains the options available in the Settings menu.

In the classic menu, this menu section was called System.

Settings	Configure the way Netfabb functions
Edit File Associations …	Define which file types should be sent to Netfabb by the operating system
Tessellation settings library	Manage and define presets of parameters to interpret parametric models as meshes
Update Solutions Database …	Download manufacturing and configuration data to be used with machine workspaces
Reset Window Layout	Choose from three default layouts. The window layout is saved automatically when Netfabb is closed.
Unlock Views	Enables or disables handles to grab and rearrange or detach the views.
Context, Project, Clip Planes, Joblist, Snapin, My Machines, About Ribbons, Build job analysis	Opens and/or focuses any views which are currently closed or hidden behind other windows on the desktop.
Optimization, Advanced Toolpath, Lattice Topology, Simulation LT, Simulation Utility	Provides shortcuts to the Netfabb utilities.
