To edit individual support entities

Applies to 2020.2 Update and later

The classic menu has been removed, including the toolbar. These commands are now exclusively available in the context menu of support entities.

Supports, or support entities, can be modified individually through a couple of tools.

Note: These steps assume you have loaded a part, have launched the support module on it, and have created some supports.
  1. Right-click support to be modified using the Select support button from the toolbar.
Note: A selected support entity is highlighted in light blue by default.
  2. From the context menu, select the function you want performed.
Remove entity

Removes the support entity, leaving the anchors behind.

Edit entity

Spawns a dialog similar to the Edit tab in the context view, where you can modify properties of the entity, either by editing the property values directly, or by applying a set.

Move entity

Spawns a dialog to move or scale the entity in X and Y direction.

Zoom to selected support

Zooms and focuses to the selected entity.

Modify entity by polygon
Creates a 2D view of the cluster supported by the selected entity in the display. Here you may add and modify support by drawing polylines.
Tip: The polyline to modify the active support is represented in both the 2D view in the context view as well as the 3D view of the display and will also respect the perspective of the 3D view.
Reinforce polyline

This function duplicates a polyline support structure with an offset to either side of the original to provide a stronger support, usually to supported edges. While this feature already existed for the support action Edge with polyline support, with this new function you can apply the duplication manually to any open-ended polyline.

Note: Does not work with certain polylines such as the cluster-following, enveloping polyline of volume support.
