Customize the Numeric Sequence for Revisions

Specify options for the numeric sequence to be used for revisions in the project.

You can specify the starting value for the numeric sequence used for revisions in the project. You can also specify characters to be used as a prefix or suffix for the values in the numeric sequence.

1. In the project, click View tabSheet Composition panel (Sheet Issues/Revisions).
2. In the Sheet Issues/Revisions dialog, under Numbering options, click Numeric.
3. On the Numeric tab of the Customize Numbering Options dialog, enter the following:
   • For Sequence starting number, enter 0 or an integer greater than 0. (The default is 1.)
   • Optional: For Prefix, enter characters to display at the beginning of each value in the sequence.
   • Optional: For Suffix, enter characters to display at the end of each value in the sequence.
4. Click OK.
