Create a Custom Revit Deployment

Create a deployment that will install Revit software on multiple computers across a network.

1. Prepare for the deployment.
2. Log into your Autodesk Accountand select the Deployments link.
3. Proceed through the Add Product process, providing Installation Path, License Type, Language and add Revit. Refer to Create deployments from Autodesk Account.
4. Specify options for the Revit software:

   1. On the Deployments page, click the Customize link in the Revit Select product section to specify product version, custom options and extensions to be included in the deployment image.

   2. Complete the following items as appropriate:

   • Version to Install
   • Customizations
   • Extensions
   3. Click Next button when configuration is complete.

5. Proceed through the Enter Settings process, providing Deployment Name, Description, Deployment image path and Deployment log file path

   Refer to Create deployments from Autodesk Account.

6. Click Next.

7. Agree to the Terms of Use and Click Create.

The creation of the deployment package download application begins and prompts you to the save the file once ready.

This process will take several minutes. When the deployment package download application is saved locally, the application can be ran to Download the deployment image to the location specified in during Deployment Configuration.
