Sets the global File I/O settings in VRED.
In the Menu Bar, click Edit > Preferences, then on the left side of the dialog box, select FileIO.
During import, checks the structure of the geometry is suitable for rendering.
Rebuilds geometry optimized for the VRED Scene Graph.
Determines the maximum number of parallels used for processing.

Sets the write format for the ATF converter. Choose from:
Opens a preferences dialog when you try to import a supported file format. When disabled, the defined preferences are used.

Determines how to or whether or not to compress textures on import. Select one of the following options:
None - No compression at any time.
Auto - Compression if texture size exceeds graphics board memory limit.
Always - Compression for all loaded textures.
Set the video memory limit, in Megabytes, to use for texture compression.
