Geometry

Click the Geometry tab in the Bar Properties dialog to display the following:

Using Node number, you can select a node:

• Graphically, by clicking the node in the structure view
• Entering the bar number in the field

Note: You cannot change the node number in this dialog.

The tab provides the following information:

• Node number in the edit field.
• Node number and coordinates in table format (You cannot change node coordinates).
• Additional properties displays the following data, that you cannot change, describing a node.

Support - Support name and support code

Adjoining bars - Number of bars adjoining the selected node

Compatibilities - Name of the compatibility type and number of the compatible node

Rigid links - Name of the rigid link type and number of the master node

Note: The list of additional properties displays only those attributes that have been applied to the selected node.
