Once the Calculation Options dialog box is opened for RC beams and French RC codes, the General tab includes additionally the following options:
- number of points for stiffness calculation allows determining the number of sections which is the basis for calculation of the average beam stiffness in calculations of deflection; if one point is determined, the stiffness value from the middle of a span is adopted
- possibility to switch on seismic dispositions
- possibility to estimate fire resistance
- correction of deflection by changing the flange width.
In the case of continuous footings it is possible to switch on:
- seismic dispositions
- sensitivity condition.
