Corrugated Sheetings (EC3)

Use this dialog to select a trapezoidal sheet from the existing database, or to define a new type of corrugated sheeting.

Access

1. Click Thin-walled in the Member Definition - Parameters dialog.

   The Thin-walled section dialog opens.

2. Click New sheeting.

Dialog elements

Parameters of corrugated sheeting

Contains the list of parameters for the selected corrugated sheeting:

• Minimum thickness.
• Corrugation width.
• Width of the sheeting flange through which it is fastened to the purlin.
• Moment of inertia of the sheeting cross-section per meter.

Sheeting name

Contains the list of available sheetings.

Tip: Enter a new name in the Sheeting name box, and then click Add to database to create a new type of sheeting.

Add to database

Creates a new type of corrugated sheeting based on the specified parameters.

Delete from database

Removes the selected sheeting from the database.
