Click 
(Data Table) or select Analysis > Data to define simple RC structure elements (beams, columns).
Note: The option is available only for RC beams and columns. It is not active in the Robot Final drawings layout.
The Data table offers a quick means of defining any number of beam or column elements, accompanied by loads, to be followed by calculations. The dialog is divided into two tabs: Beams and Columns.
The icons located at the top of the dialog perform common editing operations such as copy, paste, cut, delete, undo and redo.
To copy, select the entire record (or several records) and click Copy. The records may then be pasted.
Important: Be sure to change the names of the newly created elements.
After defining all elements in the table, type or select the name of the level (at the bottom of the dialog) where they are to be saved.
Click OK to save and load the list of created elements.
