To Export Links From a Drawing

1. Click Tools menu PalettesdbConnect.
2. Click dbConnect menuLinksExport Links.
3. In the drawing area, create a selection set of graphical objects for the links you want to export.

   If more than one link template exists for the selected objects, the Select Link Template dialog box is displayed and you are prompted to select a link template. If your selection set contains only one link template, the Export Links dialog box is displayed.

4. In the Export Links dialog box, select the fields to include by clicking them in the Include Fields list.

   Key fields are included automatically. The program also exports the entity handle of the object that each link is associated with.

5. Enter a file name and choose a file format for the export file.

   You may save the file in the native database format of the current table or as a comma-delimited or space-delimited text file.

6. Click Save to export the links and close the dialog box.
