To Add an Item Number Balloon to a Component

Inserts balloons containing the item numbers of a selected component. Select the balloon direction for components with multiple item numbers.

Insert balloon

1. Click Panel tabInsert Component Footprints panelBalloon. Find
2. Select the component for the balloon.
3. Select the location for the leader to start.
4. If the component has multiple item numbers, type D and enter a letter to select from the available balloon direction options.
5. Select the rest of the points for the leader.
6. Press Enter to complete the leader and insert the balloons.
7. Select another component or press Enter to exit the command.

Insert balloon without leader

1. Click Panel tabInsert Component Footprints panelBalloon. Find
2. Select the component for the balloon.
3. Select the balloon location.
4. Press Enter.
5. Select another component or press Enter to exit the command.
