You can add drawings to a list of drawing sheets for publishing, and save the list as a *.dsd file.
Click
Quick Access Toolbar > Save.
Find
Note: If any open drawing file has unsaved changes, you cannot save the list of drawings.
Click
Output tab > Plot panel > Batch Plot. Find
In the Publish dialog box, add the sheets you want to export to the sheets list. To add a sheet:
Click
. The Select Drawings dialog box displays.
Select Prefix sheet title with file name.
Note: If you do not select this option, it may become difficult to differentiate between the sheets from different drawing files.
Select the drawing files to add.
In the Include drop-down list, specify if you want to import model space only, layouts only, or both.
Click Select.
Tip: Click
to remove a sheet from the list.
In the sheet list, select and move sheets up or down until the list is in the desired order.
To move a sheet up in the order, select it and click
.
To move a sheet down, select it and click
.
To save the list of drawings:
In the Publish dialog box, click
.
In the Save List As dialog box, in the File Name box, enter a name for the list. Click Save.
The drawing set list is saved as a drawing set descriptions (*.dsd) file.
Note: While it is not essential that you save the list of drawings, it is convenient to save it to a *dsd file, in case you need to publish the drawings again.
