Select a value type Sets environment for defining a formula or a pre-defined list. If you select Formula, the dialog box changes to provide options for creating a formula. If you select Predefined list, the dialog box changes to provide options for creating a predefined list. |

Formula Contains options to define a formula. This section is visible only if the Select value type is set to Formula. |

Category Displays different categories of references or functions that you can use in the formula. |

Select Displays a list of references that belong to the selected category or a list of functions, as the case may be. |

Add Inserts the reference selected in the Select list to the Expression box. The reference is inserted at the insertion point within the Expression box. If there is no explicit insertion point, the reference is appended to the end of the existing expression. |
