Creates a rectangle by using a corner of the rectangle as the start point, and by specifying the full base and full height.
The following prompts are displayed.
Specifies a corner point of the rectangle.
Specifies the width of the rectangle. If you enter a negative value, the horizontal side extends to the left.
Specifies the height of the rectangle. If you enter a negative value, the vertical side extends towards the bottom.
