Creates a viewport in layout mode or edits a viewport.

The View dialog box appears. You can control the settings of the viewport from the View dialog box.
Note: You can only create one viewport per layout for every scale area
List of Prompts
The following prompts are displayed.
- Specify first point or [Circle/Border/Object]
- Specifies a point to define one corner of a rectangular area for the viewport.
- Specify second point
- Specifies the diagonally opposite corner of the rectangular area for the viewport.
- Circle
- Defines a circular area for the viewport.

Center of circle - Specifies the center of the circular area.

Radius - Specifies the radius of the circular area.

Diameter - Specifies the diameter of the rectangular.
- Border
- Specifies an existing of a scale area in model space for the viewport.
