About the Table Options Window

Introduction

The Table Options window may be accessed in any one of two ways:

  • From the Edit Table Style in the Create AutoCAD Table dialog box, in order to control the layout and formatting of content in outgoing AutoCAD tables.
  • From the Edit Layout Style in the Create/Edit Object Set dialog box, in order to control the layout and formatting of content in outgoing AutoCAD tables created from the Run Action button for Object Sets.

Table Options determine the border color, font size and type, cell margins, and general visual style of all AutoCAD tables generated from Project Explorer.

Table styles

Table Options may be saved to Table Styles (.xmpa), allowing custom table settings to be easily saved and restored at any time or shared with colleagues.

Restore defaults

The Table Options currently displayed in the Table Options window can be reset to the default settings at any time by clicking the Restore Defaults button in the bottom left corner of the Table Options window.
