Introduction
The Report Options window may be accessed in one of two ways:
- From the Edit Report Style in the Create Quick Report dialog box, in order to control the layout and formatting of content of outgoing reports or spreadsheets.
- From the Edit Report Style in the Create/Edit Object Set dialog box, in order to control the layout and formatting of content in outgoing reports or spreadsheets created from the Run Action button for Object Sets.
Report Options determine the page size, page orientation, page margins, report header, page header and page footer settings for all reports and spreadsheets generated from Project Explorer.
Report styles
Report Options may be saved to Report Styles (.xmpr), allowing custom report settings to be easily saved and restored at any time or shared with colleagues.
Restore defaults
The Report Options currently displayed in the Report Options window can be reset to the default settings at any time by clicking the Restore Defaults button in the bottom left corner of the Report Options window.
