You can use the Database page to change the location of the database where tool cribs and feed/speed information is stored. FeatureCAM supports the sharing of the tool and feed/speed database on a network so that multiple computers can use the same tool cribs and feed/speed information.
Specify the location of the database:
Local — Select this option to use the database on your PC.
MSAccess — Select this option to use an MS Access shared network database. Click Browse and browse to the location of the shared network database.
SQL — Select this option to use an SQL Server network database. Select the Server Name and the Database Name. To use SQL authentication, select SQL Server in the Authentication Mode list and enter your SQL Username and SQL Password. If you use SQL authentication, the Database Name list only displays databases to which you have access.
Enter a network path — Enter a valid network path to create a Workgroup configuration.
