About the Quick Access Toolbar

The Quick Access Toolbar displayed above the ribbon enables you to quickly use standard functions such as New, Open, Save and Undo.

To Customize the Quick Access Toolbar

You can use the Quick Access Toolbar page to add and remove buttons from the Quick Access Toolbar.

To display the Quick Access Toolbar page, right-click the ribbon or the Quick Access toolbar and select Customize Quick Access Toolbar.

To add a command to the Quick Access Toolbar:

1. Select a category in the Choose commands from list.
2. Select the button you want to add in the Commands list.
3. Click Add to add the selected button to the Quick Access Toolbar.

To remove a command from the Quick Access Toolbar, select a command in the list on the right and click Remove.

To reset the Quick Access Toolbar to default, click Reset.

To move the Quick Access Toolbar above or below the ribbon, select or deselect Show Quick Access Toolbar below the Ribbon.
