The tolerances applied to this tolerance feature do not constrain all aspects of location. Each tolerance feature in a model must have its location constrained to fully define the part requirements.
To resolve the error, try editing the tolerance feature to constrain it to a datum reference frame (DRF). If a sufficiently constrained DRF is not available, you can add a new one to the model.
