Import Inventor project for Visual Studio project

Import an existing Inventor project with designs, and make it available as a Visual Studio project.
  1. Select File Import Inventor Project menu.
  2. Select the Inventor Project file to import.
  3. A Visual Studio project is created, and all of the design files of the imported project display in the new project. The import includes only design files that exist in a Design Files folder relative to the Inventor Project file location.
    4. Note: This functionality is available only if the existing files are in a Design Files folder relative to the Inventor project file location.
