Express_Save operator is not exposed to the Particle Flow UI - it does not appear in the depot.
It is provided only for backwards compatibility with scenes previously created using the Orbaz Particle Flow Tools Box #1 commercial product.
The functionality of this operator is now fully integrated into the core of Particle Flow, so the operator is considered obsolete.
