Flips all of a shell's triangles if the shell is considered inside-out
Note: This repair action is only available for creating repair scripts.
A negative shell is a shell which has the triangles composing the majority of the shell's surface area pointing towards its enclosed volume. A negative shell may be desired, such as for forming a cavities, so you should apply this action only when needed.
- In the context view, switch to the
Repair Scripts tab.
- Click
New Script.
- Enter a name for the script and click
OK.
- In the context view, choose the
Invert Negative Shells action from the drop-down menu.
- Optional: Click
Save.
- Click
Execute to run the repair script.
