Sets the properties of the spot lights.
General
- Name
- Specifies the name of the light. New lights are named '<Light type> (X)', where 'X' is the next available number added to the list. Click in the field, if you want to rename the light.
- Type
- Indicates the type of light. This is a read-only field.
- On/Off Status
- Controls whether the light is turned on or off in the scene.
- Hotspot angle
- Specifies the angle of the brightest cone of light. The valid range is 0 to 159.
- Falloff angle
- Specifies the outer extremity of the light, where it meets the darkness. The valid range is 1 to 160.
- Filter Color
- Sets the color of the emitted light. Default color is white.
- Lamp Intensity
- Specifies the inherent brightness of the light. Specifies the intensity, flux, or illuminance of the lamp. Clicking activates the Lamp Intensity dialog box, where you can adjust the units.
- Lamp Color
- Specifies the lamp color either as a CIE standard illuminant (D65 standard daylight) or as a Kelvin color temperature. Clicking activates the Lamp Color dialog box.
- Resulting Color
- Shows the resulting color of a light that is the product of the lamp color and the filter color as RGB component values. This is a read-only field.
Geometry
- Position X
- Specifies the X coordinate position of the light.
- Position Y
- Specifies the Y coordinate position of the light.
- Position Z
- Specifies the Z coordinate position of the light.
- Target X
- Specifies the X coordinate of the light's target position.
- Target Y
- Specifies the Y coordinate of the light's target position.
- Target Z
- Specifies the Z coordinate of the light's target position.
- Targeted
- Toggles the light between a free spot light and targeted spot light.
