The Settings Tab

Use the Settings tab in the Autodesk Rendering window to customize Render Style presets.

Note: Only one custom setting is saved for each preset. When you edit these settings, you override the previous customization.

Reusable rendering parameters are stored as render presets. You can choose from among a set of default render presets or you can use the Settings tab to create your own custom render presets.

Note: Note that Render Style presets are normally tailored for relatively quick, preview renderings. Others might be created for slower but higher quality renderings.
Current Render Preset. Select the render style preset to customize the quality and speed of the rendered output. See Select the Render Quality.

Render Time (Minutes). Specifies the render time in minutes. When you render animations, this setting controls how long it will take to render the whole animation, and not individual animation frames.

Advanced

Lighting Calculation. Specifies the complexity of the lighting calculation.
