To create an NC Program

A PowerMill project can contain multiple NC programs. Each NC Program is displayed in the Explorer under the NC Program branch. You can insert Toolpaths into NC Programs, which are then postprocessed to create a tape file.

To create an NC Program:

1. Click NC Program tab > Create panel > NC Program to display the NC Program dialog.
2. Enter a Name.
3. Use the options on the dialog to edit the NC Program settings.
4. Click Accept.

   The NC Program is activated, and any Toolpaths you create are automatically added to the NC Program.
