Select an option from the Axis drop-down list on the Dynamic Sectioning dialog, to specify the orientation of the clipping planes in terms of the active workplane or the view.
Choose from the following:
View — The clipping planes are parallel to the current view.
X — The clipping planes are parallel to the X axis of the current workplane.
Y — The clipping planes are parallel to the Y axis of the current workplane.
Z — The clipping planes are parallel to the Z axis of the current workplane.
