Edit — These options edit the boundary.

Boundary Editing History — Select to display the Boundary Editing History dialog which show a history of all the edits on a boundary and enables you to edit some of them.

Transform — Click to display the Boundary Transform tab, which enables you to move, rotate, scale or mirror a boundary.

Arc Fit Selected — Select to arc fit selected segments. This is used to smooth boundaries.

Spline Selected — Select to turn the sketched boundary into a spline.

Polygonise Selected — Select to convert a curved boundary to a series of straight lines.

Flatten — Select to project (or flatten) the boundary onto the XY Plane at Z = 0. In this case the boundary need not be entirely contained within the part.

Select Duplicates — Select to select all duplicate segments of the boundary. This can be used in combination with Delete Selected Components to delete all the duplicate boundary segments.

Select Area — Select to enable you to select a boundary segment by area. There are two options Greater Than and Less Than. In either case this displays the Ratio of Tool Area dialog. Enter the ratio and then click . A value of 1.0 matches areas equal to the area of the tool radius circle.

Remove Area — Select to delete boundary segments by area. There are two options Greater Than and Less Than. In either case this displays the TDU dialog. Enter the ratio and then click . A value of 1.0 matches areas equal to the area of the tool radius circle.

Make Invalid — Select to invalidate this boundary. This is similar to Invalidate All from the Toolpaths or Boundaries menu, except that this option only applies to this boundary rather than all boundaries. For more information see Updating Toolpaths when a Model Changes.

Copy Boundary — Select to create a copy of the whole boundary. This new boundary has the same name as the original with _1 added to it. This new boundary can then be edited using the Settings menu option.

Copy Boundary (Selected only) — Select to create a copy of the selected segments of the boundary. This new boundary has the same name as the original with _1 added to it. This new boundary can then be edited using the Settings menu option.

Delete Selected Components — Select to delete all the selected segments of the boundary.
