Creating setup sheets

To create setup sheets:

  1. From an individual NC Programs context menu, select Setup Sheets > Paths.

  2. In the Setup Sheets dialog which appears, select the Paths tab.

    Initially, the default templates set is chosen, and the Write check boxes are selected for all templates. You can:

    • Keep the default template set, and use the Write check boxes to specify which templates should be used to create setup sheets. For example, if you only need a project-specific header page and the NC program summary sheets, deselect the Write check boxes for Header.html, Toolpath.html, and Project_Summary.html.
    • Select your own template set, and use the Write check boxes to specify which templates should be used.

  3. If necessary, enter a different path in the Export File field, and close the Setup Sheets dialog.
  4. Take snapshots of the project model and the toolpaths.
  5. Preview setup sheets.
  6. If necessary, customise the templates, and preview setup sheets again.

    To adjust the number of toolpath displayed on the summary pages, open the Setup Sheets dialog, and click the Options tab.

  7. Follow the procedure for printing setup sheets or exporting setup sheets, as required.
