Creating a 3 Point Radius dimension

3 Point Radius dimensions are ideal for dimensioning the radius of curvature on a surface or curve.

To create a radius dimension using three points:

  1. Click Annotation tab > Dimension panel > Radial > 3 Point Radius.

    The Dimension toolbar is displayed. This can be used to edit attributes of the new dimensions, such as the annotation text.

  2. Click the first position to define the start point of an arc:

  4. Click the third position to define a position on the circumference of the arc:
