Sets up the Work History report.
Current Project
Displays the name of the current project.
Defined Statuses
Lists the statuses that have been defined for the current project. You can add, rename, and remove statuses from this list in this dialog box. The default status list includes the following:
- Unassigned. No status has been assigned.
- In Progress. Project is currently open for editing.
- For Review. Project is ready for review.
- Revision 1- 4. Draft number of the project.
- Final. Project is final.
- Archive. Project is ready to be archived.

Displays the New Status dialog box, where you can set up a new status to be used with the Work History Report.
- Rename

Displays an in-place text box, where you can enter a different name for the status.
- Delete

Removes the selected status from the list.
