Learn how to remove building part data generated in early versions of Roombook.
Starting with the 2019 version of Roombook, the Building Parts Quantities module was moved into Buildingbook. This tool is only available when building part quantities data from Roombook 2014 or earlier is detected in the project.
Use this tool to purge shared parameters, material tags used for schedule, created by the older Building Parts Quantities function of Buildingbook. It is recommended to purge the discontinued version data, as it cannot be used further and can be recalculated in Buildingbook.

Buildingbook IDs drop-down
(Purge Discontinued Versions Data).
A warning displays regarding the old data and recommended action.
- Click Continue with Purge.
