The Behavior list displays fixture types (for that category) that occur in the linked model.

      2. For each fixture type, select one of the following values:
        Value Description

Danger: If you select this value, fixtures of this type will not be copied to the current model now or in the future. See Ignore Fixtures.
<other> Select a type from the list. The list reflects family types that are loaded into the current model. When fixtures from the linked model are copied to the current model, they will have the specified type.
      3. (Optional) To see properties of a family type in the linked model or a family type in the host model, select the desired row in the Behavior list, and click Linked Type or Host Type, respectively.
    6. Continue specifying a copy behavior, a mapping behavior, and type mapping for each fixture category.
    7. Click Save & Close.
  5. Copy the fixtures individually or in batch mode, as follows.

    To copy fixtures individually

    1. Click Copy/Monitor tabTools panel (Copy).
    2. Select the fixtures to copy.

To select multiple fixtures, on the Options Bar, select Multiple. Then select the fixtures in the drawing area, and click Finish on the Options Bar.

You can use a selection box and a filter to select fixtures in the linked model. See Select Elements Using a Filter.

To copy fixtures in batch mode

When you select a copied fixture in the current model, the monitor icon displays next to the fixture, indicating that it has a relationship with the original fixture in the linked model.

If copied fixtures are moved, changed, or deleted in the linked model, you are notified of the changes when you open the current model or reload the linked model. These warnings also display in a coordination review.
