Specify the edge reinforcement types for your precast wall assemblies.
Click Edit on any of the Edge Reinforcement types listed on the Reinforcement Types for Wall Parts page of the Configuration dialog. The opened dialog displays the name of the edge reinforcement type.
| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Type | Specifies the wall edge reinforcement type. |
| Number of Layers | 1, 2, or 3. Specifies the number of reinforcement layers at the wall edge. |
| Overlapping Length |  Specifies the length of the edge rebar that overlaps the next instance of edge rebar.

| Rebar Type | Specifies the rebar standard size type of the edge reinforcement. |
| Cut-out Dimensions |
 Specifies the depth tolerance for a wall cut-out. If the cut-out is greater than the Cut-out dimensions property, then the rebar will edge the recess accordingly; if it is less, then the rebar will pass through the cut-out as shown below.
