Place Reinforcement in Precast Assemblies

Reinforce structural wall panels and slabs.

1. Click Precast tab Reinforcement panel (Reinforcement).
2. Select the structural assembly to be reinforced.
   
3. (Optional) On the Options bar, select Multiple to select multiple structural assemblies of the same type (wall or slab). Click Finish after selection.
4. On the Wall Properties dialog (or Slab Reinforcement dialog):
   • Specify Area Reinforcement Type.
   • Specify Edge Reinforcement Type (walls only).
   • (Optional) Edit reinforcement types.
     Note: Changing a reinforcement type changes all defaults referencing the type.
   • Click OK
   

   Rebar is placed as defined in the specified types.
