This new option allows Administrators and Configuration Administrators to turn off access to the Assign Item command in the Vault Client and the "Show Details" panel in Inventor.
When disabled, users are disabled to assign or update items in Vault Client and Inventor using the context menu option in the "Uses" and "Where Used" tabs of the "Show Details" dialog.
