Use the Update Point-Alignment Table command to update data in all dynamic point-alignment tables in the current drawing affected by changes to the drawing.
For example, if you change an alignment name, use this command to update the alignment name in the tables.
Note: This command is different from the Update button on the Create Reports dialog box. The Update button updates the values in the table you are editing.
In the Toolspace, on the Toolbox tab, expand SHP Import/Export Utilities 
Point Tables. Double-click Update Point-Alignment Table.
